Just last night here in Johnson City, we were under a "Heavy Snow Warning" saying that we would get "4-8 inches" I woke up this morning to a dusting and thats about all that we still have and now the prediction is for "1-3 inches" and we are just under a snow advisory. I just wish we could actually get a ton of snow down here in the southeast.

I bet its a lot easier being a weather forecaster up North. All they have to say is "we're going to get a foot of snow" no one panics, and they actually get a foot of snow.

I'm not mad at the weather forecasters, as I heard from one in Knoxville, "I'm now God" They can't always be right, but I just wish one time they woudl call for less and we would get a ton.

The white powder is not known for the Johnson City, TN area. Only on the state line of NC and TN. How much were they calling for in JC? When I read this I thought I had poped open a can of Salsa. JOHNSON CITY???? The so called Storm has so far been a disapointment everywhere. Is anyone elses DUD detector going off???
