underground reports that ski resorts are paying him off to see the shadow.

Phil posted on his blog that he is undergoing seriously stressful times, but provides no explanation of why.

Id love to get my hands on that little rat right now....

Also, we can now start calling Brad Provich (spelling?) Phil, since he also calls for thise HUGE storms that never happen.......
