I read the article and I feel otherwise disturbed about the poor choice of cutting Sugar out of the site. I will take my own time go today get in my SUV and meet with the top dogs at Sugar and find out more on the 2 emails that were sent. There must be some mis-understanding or mis-hap in the dealing. Sugar's not a de-funked Hound Ears or Mill Ridge - its the Largest around. I will find out more and return ASAP.

I'm sure that they will say something about their "policy" as it relates to the Skinc web site.
I say forget them. I'm sking at another area that appreciates and supports the skiing community.

I'm thinking that SugarBabe may be a poser, since her url is registered from the Rothbury House in the United Kingdom and the email fails. She's also posting from the same IP as one-time poster "redbloodedpowderhound" but we'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
If she's the real deal, I would LOVE to hear that conversation. Actually Austin Beeghly, one of our OnSnow Reporters took it upon himself to go meet with Gunther last season and Gunther gave him a ski pass for the day but told him that SkiNC only wrote "bad stuff" about Sugar. Obviously that isn't the case, but I can say that the only grief we gave Sugar over the last couple of years was about the over-reporting of natural snowfalls and regardless of where the credit goes, they have reported EVERY SNOWFALL this season dead on the money!
As per why Sugar doesn't want to work with us (even if we PAID THEM), we already know the answer to that, however it will be interesting to see what SugarBabe posts later!

A basic lesson in internet security can be found in those words. Lord only knows who in the WORLD is reading our posts. Makes you want to type a whole lot of personal info doesn't it?

scary....well, at least everyone knows now, if they see tehbigcheese (in the US, UK, or otherwise) to give him a swift kick in the nutz, courtesy of the posters over at SkiNC
Baaahaaahaaa!
To think right now...Tehcheesenuts might be in the UK...offering the BEST plastic ski hill lessons in the world. "Its tougher than ice skiing and I should know, I invented it at Sugar N.C."

you guys crack me up.
her url? what is that? are you talking about her IP address per chance?
also, do you keep logs of ips of one time posters to compare and contrast?
