Ridiculous, Doesn't surprise me, the taxation nation of North Carolina. This is another example of why I chose not to buy family property in W NC.Not trying to start a debate of any kind but Im a W NC native and I chose to move to Ga after I moved back to the states Ive said for a long time NC will tax you or fine you if they can find a way.
