Is this a serious question?

I think it will be insanely crowded, especially with New Years Day being mid week. I think most schools won't go back until Monday the 6th. We were there last year from the 1st through the 4th and it was ridiculous, will not be going back for that week again. The year before it was great the few days after New Years, but only because it was 0 degrees for all 3 days (there were a lot of people there but not many skiing).

It will be very busy. Check out this reddit thread on how to avoid most of the massive lines.
