Are there any Southeast ski resorts that allow skinning?

There's XC out of bounds at Canaan/Timberline (Whitegrass trail network links in to state park network) and that's the best option I know of.

None of the NC resorts allow uphill traffic, regardless of whether or not you have a valid ticket.
