Go to "league" overview (where it show a list of all teams),

At the bottom of the teams list (NOT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE), there is an "invite friends" button

When you click that, it will bring up another list of teams plus emails,

The last spot is a generic slot to put in someone's email address.

Then click send
