I don't know you Roy, but I'm happy to hear that you are on the road to recovery. I happen to work with a woman who is married to the chief of cardiology at a local hospital. I remember a conversation I had with him at a party in which he related that men don't usually associate a feeling of heartburn with a heart attack. He said that although arm pain is common, in many cases the only symptom can be an intense feeling of burning right at the sternum. Other than the obvious advice of going directly to the emergency room, he said that if you take a full size aspirin and get quick relief, it is most likely a heart attack.
