Yardsale, my wife bought me a mono pod from B&H photo video for Christmas. That's what I was using. I just had to buy a tripod adapter for the GoPro.

i loved the canyons vid (even with no sound at work). that one bowl looked like some seriously nice fresh turns...i was trying to see if there was an actual runout or did you have to hike/skate out? either way, awesome. and that jump line looked really really fun, i lost count how many hits it was but they were the perfect size for trying stuff without having to worry about losing a limb haha. nice work man, glad you enjoyed it out there! what was your favorite place?

Music, no that isn't the stock lens. I bought a fisheye lens to go with it.
Thought that was fisheye, but maybe the late night grogs were making me second guess. Which fisheye do you have and how much was it?
Haha, is it obvious I'm on the market for a new camera?

Agreed... completely lost count and probably because I was noticing that they weren't 40-80 footers...
Regret not going to Canyons now... don't they boast "longest terrain park"?

i believe so, i forgot how long but ive heard it somewhere before. definitely looks fun. or maybe i just need to sack up and start spinning and flipping the 40+ fters. i haven't had a serious injury all season, i think im right on schedule to destroy myself sometime in the near future...

Carve, that bowl is off 9990 and if you drop in on the resort side you can ride it right down to a lift. Once you get off the lift you just hike up and out.
I think the park is 1.1 or 1.2 miles long. That jump line was 5 and they were about 15-25'. They have a bigger jump line that is about 4 jumps in a row and they are 45-55'. Didn't mess with those.
Actually the longest park in the US right now is at Mountain High in CA. Theirs is 1.5 miles long.
