While Rob is skinning, we're riding high speed quads at Brighton. No new snow in days but a friendly local guide showed us around. Nice bumps here and there and leftover stashes in the endless mind blowing tree runs. Had fun on little milley, never ending winter, true girt, wren hollow, pioneer, wintergreen, and a BUNCH of tree areas beside them.
It looks like this
and this
and this
and someone having fun
and someone happy
and faith rewarded with a deep snow tree run at the very end of the day
all.

Blue bird skies and warming up . . . but still cold enough to need layers and fleece. Definitely a good time to be had at Brighton when a local shows you where to find the powder left from the dump from 3-4 days ago.
The local was a Brighton host who I met on Ski Diva. Just happened that today was one of the days she was working. Did the regular tour on groomers before lunch. Then showed up her favorite spots for a few runs after lunch. Powder in trees . . . equals fun!

fixed it.
trees are pretty much everywhere at Brighton, you don't go find them. In fact, they are so good that it left me looking rather maniacal.
also, I clipped by a snowboarder so hurt my shoulder pretty badly. but ski on.

^^^I think you may have hit one of the trees, head injury being the only explanation
Cool goggle tan -- the mark of well spent bluebird days
