The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Wow.... got back from Keystone a little while ago and DAMN- it was crowded and had crappy snow. You definitely have it better than we do here in CO. Its mountain biking for me the next couple days.

Oh, and the new gondola at Keystone? Completely worthless. Its back 300 feet from the old one in River Run, and it actually makes things exponentially worse with the lines and the fact that the other lift isn't running right now. Such a sh*tshow with all the little ******bag snowboarders, too.

I was using a Pelican case for my old camera, but its too small for the D90. A pelican case big enough for that one would be a little tight in my smaller pack. I might give it a try at some point- I think we have an old Pelican case big enough for one around here somewhere...

I have a briefcase size pelican box you could borrow. It doesn't have any padding inside of it. I was thinking about how to build something to cushion my D40. That part would be up to you. I know it won't fit inside my little hydration/pack. So I'm likely to not bring the D40 to Utah. I could mail it over to you.
