The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard
The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.
We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

surf was pretty good ! The water temp keeps teasing us, it was 60 sat then dropped back down to 50 today

wow looking good, i was down @ Ocean Isle with the fam all last weekend and the surf was terrible but it's usually terrible down there anyhow.

I bet the water temp was great down there at least.. Could of worn a hood yesterday but didnt ,I opted for the ice cream headache buzz from duckdiving.

Water was about 68, i only have a 3mm suit no boots or hood or even gloves so 50 can get chilly

I love that area. I spent a summer living across the street from the KOA in Roadanthe. Beautiful place. Sunrise and Sunset every day...loved it.
