With my (f)unemployment time hopefully dwindling and it only being a matter of time before its back in the real world, I decided to take advantage of the weather and bag some peaks on Monday. My sights were set on three 14ers with close proximity to each other- Lincoln, Cameron, and Bross. Those familiar with the area also know that Democrat is a 14er that's usually climbed along with these- but I had skied the mountain last summer, so I didn't see the need to climb it as well. The three I climbed all sit between 14,150 ft and 14,300 ft, so it was plenty of climbing and lots of altitude. Good stuff.
About a mile into the hike, you get this view of the TH and Kite Lake:

Once to the saddle, you can go left to Democrat or right to Cameron/Lincoln.
Looking back at Democrat from Cameron- I had skied the face to the far right last summer, almost exactly a year ago.

Heading over to Bross, you get this great view. Lots of colors for a picture above treeline.
And then this from Bross' summit:
The descent from Bross is pretty intense- extremely steep and loose, and I lost my footing more than a few times.

Near the bottom of the trail, this waterfall was formed by some strong snowmelt:
All told, the trip was about 7 miles and around 3,500 vertical.
