The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

My first time with the POV camera, I still have some glitches to work out (like the shaking of the cam, and try to get my field of view more lower). But so far so good. I apologize for the stop and start in action, I was with my snowboarder friends and you know how that goes [no offence]. enjoy

EDIT: Didn't know you could embed facebook vids.

it really didnt seem to be too shaky and that really gives good perspective on the conditions rather than still shots...good work

Pretty good first effort. Did you move the lens further forward toward the end of the vid? Less of your goggles was visible. Seeing the goggles on a POV bugs me. Is that the wide angle POV?

Nice video and great song.

I wish they'd tell people when they buy their tickets to move to the sides of the runs unless they want to become targets.

I love those trees. When ther's snow they are definitely the best part of Rock Island.

Been thanked: 1 time

JBC has the best spot to mount the cam right under the visor on a moto helmet. I hate seeing the brim of a visor in a vid also.
