The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

So once again I failed at making sure my camera was working. When you are running on an hour and a half of sleep and leave Charlotte at 5:45 in the morning the last thing on your mind is whether or not the batteries are dead. Took some pics with my phone though. Not the greatest quality but you get the jist of how it was.

All in all it was a fun day. They had the guns going full blast so that sucked but it's expected. Snow quality was great and there were rollers everywhere to hit. Also, they only made one pass grooming the trails. So the first hour more than half of the entire mountain was untouched manmade powder and hardly anybody was there to hit it except a handful of us. Nice. That and they had a rainbow box, C box, a rail, and a small jump set up at the bottom. Pretty good day.

next time i'll bring back up batteries cause this just seems to happen way too often to us. fun day at the beech.

Kendog I edited the thread title because I think people were getting the impression that the visit was "crappy" and not you lack of batteries.

That's cool I didn't even think about that when I made the thread. My visit was far from crappy. I love that place. Good luck on Sunday looks like the weather might not be that great.
