The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Left greensboro at about 4am. To me the roads were ok.. I passed by the Wintergreen turn at about 7:30 am and ended up here just as planned...

All in all a good day.. The snow was heavy, so heavy that I could squeeze water out of it if I tried to make a snowball... Which made for a long heavy skin in and slow skiing even with 105mm under foot....(yes overkill is right for that ski here in the SE but I would have to say this is the first time I've ever had the skins on south of the Mason Dixon Line

As far as coverage it was good with the exception of a few rocks but its nothing that P-tex cannot fix

I cant wait to head back out West though... 3 weeks and counting...

Awesome! Wish I had known you were going out- I was skiing my touring setup and had skins in the car.

they attach to the bottom of your ski's and then magically take you to the top. (must have alpine tour binding to work or be a pin head) Unless your glenn plake.
