My wife and I decided to explore an area just outside of Denver that I've been wanting to see for a while- Roxborough State Park. For those of you who've been to Colorado before, Roxborough is much like a larger Garden of the Gods (in Co. Springs), and personally I think its more beautiful and scenic. It had snowed overnight and the morning was fairly cold, so we got lucky and virtually had the place to ourselves. Here are some shots:

Its as if the rock is telling me something:
These red rock formations were anywhere from 20-100 feet tall:
My lovely hiking partner:
And finally, a perfect winter scene:
