My wife and I recently did a quick trip through several Utah State and National Parks... Arches, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Escalante, Goblin Valley, and Snow Canyon. We didn't have a ton of time at each, but I definitely feel like we got a good feel for each of them, and know where we'd like to visit on future trips.... here are a handful of pictures from the tour.

Starting at Arches....

The Utah Icon, Delicate Arch:

Courthouse Towers at sunset:

Balanced Rock:

Then on to Goblin Valley...(one of the coolest places we've ever seen)

The view from the overlook:

Wild Horse Butte behind the park:

Goblins forever...

On to Factory Butte and Capitol Reef:

Capitol Reef's Fruita Farmhouse:

And one more from Factory Butte:

On to Bryce Canyon...

The view from Sunset Point:

Thor's Hammer:

We caught ourselves staring aimlessly a lot.

From Inspiration Point:

And finally, Snow Canyon in St. George:

As always, there are more pictures on my website-

Killer pics man. South Utah has some of the coolest parks in the country. Bryce Canyon is one of my all time favorites. My grandmother is actualy from Huricane and used to work at Zion during the summers when she was a kid.

Zion was on my to-do list for one of the days we were in St. George, but unfortunately I got food poisoning the night before and was confined to sleeping most of the following day. We're already planning another trip there in the fall to hit up Zion and a few other places....

Beautiful pics! I love the national parks in Utah. Bryce is my favorite because it's so unusual. When you go to Zion, be sure to hike The Narrows - very cool!

Fixed. I edited that picture on my site, so apparently the link didn't work. There's another after that one too.
