The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

Not the best skiing, but new snow nonetheless. My friend Mike and I went up to Berthoud Pass this morning to ski for a few hours... we were greeted with steady snow and below-freezing temps. The snow was 3-4" of new, wet snow on top of a very consolidated base- not exactly deep powder, but there were fun turns to be had and it was nice to be up in the mountains. Here are a few pictures to prove it (sorry they're crappy, it was snowing and the light was horrible):

Looks like pretty good skiing in May! Doing a different kind of skiing here in SC. :-)

i'd trade warm weather for some good snow skiing any day of the year.
