Which one easy for tricks or just best any tips before i go its my first time so i dont have any tips what to do like:

Cost of equipment: switching means spending more money for new gear, lessons, etc.

Comfort: how important is it to be comfortable on the slopes, off the slopes, in lifts and at aprés-ski?

Snow conditions: what snow conditions can you expect and which sport is best suited for the circumstances.

Physical/ medical situation: your body may be more suitable for either skiing or boarding. (For example: for which joints is boarding or skiing more strenuous and which kinds of injuries are more likely for either sport.)

If you can find me any solid tips about this that would be great. Thanks!

Tip: The search function here and Google will do wonders for your research.

They are both fun. I have skied for many years and tried snowbaording for the first time this year. They both take about the same amount of time to learn how to do if you get a good lesson. After that it is how hard you push yourself to learn. As far as how your body is suited for it, lets put it this way you can F yourself up pretty good doing either one. Asking which one is better is like arguing poltics, in the end you really get no where and you just have to find out for yourself. Anyway welcome to the board, if your a hot snow bunny please post pictures, and also before you post pictures you might want to remove your full address you have showing in the location section by your screen name.
