so we made the pilgramage to liberty mountain--my second trip, last time they were still midway thru carpeting the slope.

My son joined me but didn't really figure out the surface after several runs and an ugly face plant he called it quits to document my epic work

LET the Stoke begin:

we started on the beginner lift

Aaron, calling Jerry Falwell?

then on to the big boy lift; which I must say sucks, particularly with poles, gripping the actual cable before the bar arrives, makes it easier but without gloves, I left some skin behind. Buy some w/ rubberized palms at a convenience store

And the epic action:

including the traverse and climb to the cornice

DROPPING! into the Liberty Cirque

and the run out -- glowing with winning.....not to brag but no one else attempted that drop while I was there.

OK, we were the only ones there

haha awesome! It was hard to tell in the pics if they were even there. Just making sure they didn't bull doze them before our trip this weekend.

Your invert, dear Sir, is epic. I bow to your 'flex awesomeness. :)

Thanks for the beginner lift shot, mine to conquer Sat. LOL

Nice, hopefully I will be in the neighborhood and can hit Liberty in the offseason. Given its distance from Columbus, I don't think I'll make a specific trip down there.

Also, I have direct word the the GSA is self-aware and his wraith is upon us......

RMac, will be in Memphica/Tunica Saturday night. Son doing next (2) six week rotations at the VA hospital there. Going to follow him up Sat., he's staying with a frat bro of mine, then we going to stay at the Horseshoe Sat. Nite.
