The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Being the only place open in the immediate region, Snowshoe was pretty packed over the Holiday weekend . People from all over the Mid Atlantic sure seemed eager to get their first turns of the season in. Fun sessions were had over at the creek both afternoons they were open and certainly helped spread things out .They had a nice little park set up with 2 little booters as well . It was a bit shocking to see lift lines over at Silver Creek around dusk Sat. though. Happy to be riding again and hung around until Monday for some space

Sunrises and sunsets never disappoint up there.

.

Rope drop line up crowd a few minutes before opening with snowmaking on Gandy in the background.Huge whales already established there and on skipjack

Beautiful day out on the hill!

Slope traffic? Squeaky groomer swoosh sounds were heard and are an admitted guilty pleasure .If its not a powder day it might as well be like this out.

I guess everyone was shopping online .

The few skiers I rode the chair up with seemed pleased that some small bumps had formed on Spruce after all the weekend slope traffic.

I was pleased to have some little side hits to air off of.

Photo credit on this one goes to Ed S. from SS Thanks !

Lift line at 10 AM with hints of the lake starting to freeze!.

Looking forward to the next trip up .Get out there people!

You never seem to disappoint, BB! Very nicely done. I still think they should put you on the payroll with Marketing!
