It's time to get this poppin'! With Sluder and Jessica out in AK now, we need to get someone to help with more frequent updates. I know many of us will be following the Beech site, and maybe more importantly, Ric on Instagram and such, so we can all make an effort to get the updates. The Beech site states that there will now be more updates so let's hope for that.

Shall we start things off with a little terrain-related speculation for opening weekend?

Dare I say a small jump..?

Saturday morning... I have my first Christmas party that night so I'll be leaving early, but if you want to pool we may be able to do it.

I'm feeling good vibes for the park this season! From what I've heard and seen of the park features, they are gonna be top notch compared to previous seasons! Although I'm over 3,000 miles away, I'll be trying to keep track of Beech happenings :) Love me some Beech Mountain!

some recon from just now. Tons of snow on shawneehaw. most of it is up top. some spots looked to be up to 15 ft deep, no nans. robbins has a good amount of snow on it top to bottom but not nearly as much as there is on shawnee. meadows is blank, so is the old terrain park area skiers right at the bottom, as is southern star and white lightning. plenty of snow in the playard or whatever its called.

sledding hill has snow.

nothing has been groomed as of 6:00pm. Looks like a lot of work to do in terms of pushing snow around, but they will make snow tonight so im sure that plays into it. didnt see any terrain features set up anywhere. didnt see any features lying around ready to set up either.
