My favorite TR's are the ones that feature your little ones out on the slopes...(well, except for KneeDeep, of course), so here is my 4 year old grandson on his first trip to Cataloochee.
Equipment check.....All systems GO!!
He had the best instructor: my husband! He taught Ethan's mama to ski when she was his age...
Ethan and his dad. It was dad's first time too...
His favorite was the lift. He called it a ferris wheel, which he loves!

So first time for father and son?
Great pictures, love seeing little rippers on the slopes, esp. when having fun, which isn't always

Yeah, David, his first "run" left him a bit teary eyed, but his desire to get back on the lift overrode that and it was love from then on!
Thank you, Skibunny. He is my heart!

They have no fear it seems. My Son and I were waiting on the tram at JH the other day and on the other side of the loading dock were (10-12) 4-5 y/o kids waiting so they could get to the front window of the tram. I told my Son how excited they were and I was in there a little nervous that I should even be doing this. They hopped off and down they went. Amazing. I can't wait till I can get out there with my Grandkids. Got about 3 more years and a knee replacement first.

JH is Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Angel. As of right now, I am shooting for the end of April for the knee replacment. Got to get the swelling and pain down from our trip, ride the bike hard for 2 months and get the leg muscles really strong and go for it. Getting the leg muscles stronger will make for a easier rehab.

Quality for getting the young one out. He looked to be having more fun than 90% of the one's at beech getting taught/dragged by their parents
