No exhaustive concordances of Cataloochee today.

Ober was good tho. Met up with Zeus totally by chance and ended up lapping the mountain with him most of the day.

If you like Moguls then Mogul ridge will do you right. It wasnt really my thing and after a couple laps I pronounced myself done with it until visibility improved. Combo of visibility and bumps plus powder on top of hard ice made for a little more of a challenge than I wished for.

Given the fact that I'd brought my sister and her family along with my own it seemed tubing was unavoidable. I was told that this was the best tubing they'd had but they weren't able to get as many laps in. It was fun enough but I'm pretty sure that 25 bucks for an hour and a half means I'll only do it until my boy is old enough to do it on his own.

onto pics and vids

This was first thing in the morning

This was later once visibility improved.

My boy had a good time. He's gotten a lot of snow play in this year

One quick vid. Green Hill Zone seemed appropriate:)

Good family fun. I loved your son getting him a snowball ready. My grandaughters just turned 4 and are going next weekend with us so that should be a blast ! What runs were those you filmed coming down ?

Good times, good runs. Ober has some great conditions right now, easily the best of the year.

Fun skiing with ya Swamp. Always good to see fellow SkiNCers at Ober.

I believe you are right. I was waiting to see him collect the rings.
