A beech mountain TR -- first and foremost it was fun and everyone should get out and try to meet up

I made the decision late last night

Left home at 5:30, parked around 9, and soon saw Skipink striding across the parking lot with a very special gift... I will post a TR about that later this season. Cold and in the morning

I skiied a few runs, saw Ken and crew , lamely followed them into the park and took two pictures -- but they are both pretty good.... Ken and the Artist known as Twitty

It started crowding up early

However Armadas rep was doing demos, and he (Justin, crap edit, names suck if not Justin then Travis) let us ski some great products. Armada ARV ti -- the next ski I want to buy

As a passing note, conditions were really fast and slick this morning; folks were sliding out. Then it got friendly, and then cold again with ice lurking in the shadows

Midday I followed the supply chain to the park -- talked and drank a couple with Yardsale, Carvebeast, Ken, Enton, and Jam.. at least another great guy whose name I don't know but skiied Armada

This reminded me how much fun it is just to get together in person -- we all like each other because we like what we do. Also congrats to Enton -- keep them in line

I rode the lift some with SkiPink (her Awesomness) and met up with her, Bultaco, Skywriter and family, KillGlobalWarming, at Beechs new top of the mountain bar/restaraut? whatever, it's an amazing project, such a fine place and I think a lot of vision on the part of Beech

Last thing on the way home I stopped at Clark's in Kernersville -- Pagamony, Good tip

Frikkin sweet! Looks like the dreadlocked telemarker made it in the last couple of pics. That Mtn top bar looks cool.

Only made 4 runs since the quad got started late (9:40) and it was too crowded by 10:30. Snow was great though and it was really nice out.

Stayed til 2:30, served it up for the park crew:

Kendog hyped off a Lagunitas:

Stayed in today to watch football with the misses:
