Hopefully some other people can post pics, I took very few. It was a really good day for me -- conditions went from fast to sloppy but always fun -- runs remained uncrowded until I left around three although the bottom was a crowded scattered mostly sprawling mess. First thing up talked to Mello who was in place for first run. Signed up for Banked Slalom and got nice lifties.
My sons spent the night with us and we got there really early, so great to spend time w/ them -- we don't get many 24 hour stretches together.
Obligatory single run on OZ -- good thing beech built up there base -- they'll need it.
lunch we met up with Kendog (thanks Ken!) and crowd. Several people gathered there,Enton in an epic fartbag, Skipink, OntheMtn and Wanakenatransplant who I met for the time good people as always, hope they felt the same --
---
The boys kept lapping and I enjoyed some extra beverages at the Beer Yurt (thanks again Tim!) they had the umbrella up for the first time-- amazing.
Saw lots of people again Skywryter and Hubby, Yardsale (did you end up winning it all) and some old faces too Bopp and Skizer. I would have stayed longer but the siren song of Sat. night on Franklin was calling the boys home (and I got home went out too and me and wife danced our asses off)
By the way I nailed the retro gear
