Pretty good start to the season. Headed up to White Pass with Patatero from TGR, hoping to make some turns in their inbounds terrain before they started spinning lifts.

Sporting drive there:

Feels good to be on skis/skins again. Dynafits in warranty hell, had to slog on the Dukes all weekend:

Skintrack stoke:

Skies cleared a bit and we got a beautiful view of Goat Rocks. Epic terrain, but would be a massive effort to actually get up there.

After putting about 5 new core shots on the first run, we decided to stick to mellow meadow skipping:

Patatero getting some:

Green hornet:

Head up to Hood today, skinned up Tom **** and Harry Mountain, which is on the same ridge as SkiBowl resort. Absolutely stunning day:

Mt Jefferson. This one might have to go on the wall:

L to R, St Helens, Rainier, Adams:

Hood again:

Bottomless, low density pow. Didnt hit anything today, just made some great turns:

More next weekend. Need a helmet cam...

Ummmmmm maybe on a really deep day, just because there wouldnt be a whole lot of folks there. Honestly it will probably be my first and last trip there. Its pretty mellow (read:flat), and in the time it takes me to get there, I could be at Stevens Pass or 4/5 of the way to Baker.

No, seriously, it makes me sick looking at those pics. Looks like a blast out there.
