Was gonna do alpine meadows on my last day but awful visibility up at the crest changed my mind. What a fitting way to end my tahoe trip. Nice little snowfall the day before and a couple inches right before the lifts start turning and light to mod. snow all day. Great visibility here.

Little blurry at 35 MPH

No chinese downhill for the pow here.If your crossing other lines your not looking hard enough.

The goods are here

My partner Dan from Australia! You are the man!

Lo angle pic of me mimicking his lines

Little steeper here ,start crossing other lines ,head back into the meadows

Meadow hoping

After riding all day for the last 8 , get lazy and proceed to basically 1 lining it to the bottom.

Tahoe is such an awesome place for winter recreation. Such a variety of all aspects of skiing/riding. Fresh snow about 5 of the 8 days followed by sunny skies in between .No massive dumps this year for me but most base depths were over 100 inches and made for an incredible trip.. I love this place .

Thanks for the pics. Thinking of Homewood for Day 1 for my upcoming trip, which is a Sat. I remember the views of the lake were really nice.

Wow, the snow has really piled up on the road since I was out there! Beautiful pictures! I'm going to have to give Homewood a try next trip. Did you make it to Kirkwood? Any pics from Heavenly? Thanks for sharing your trip with us.

Sure here's a few pics from heavenly.

Emerald bay CA

Mixed sun and clouds/light snow in the morning.

Couple of windblown powder stashes at about 9,500-10,000 off sky express

It was pretty cool to watch the beginning of the storm roll in thur. afternoon up at the top of sky express.

Heavenly had the smallest base of any where I rode at in tahoe. Still had a really fun day. I had a cheap tix so I made the drive since its not that bad when 89 through emerald bay is open .Was gonna go to kirkwood friday but the storm fizzled by tahoe standards only 8 inches.Same at squaw where I was staying so I rode at squaw

Thanks for the feedback on the pics. Have 100's more But some of my favorite keepers aren't going to be made public until I get a copyright. I totally stalked the patroller David , and yes his tour blew my mind.

Yes, Such a cool vibe, and great change of pace from squaw ! I now know why you guys were frothing over THE WOOD.!! I hadn't been there since about 04-05 before the homewood express (when I was more into park riding) .Easily one of my favs. in tahoe now .Love it !
