Went up to Berthoud on Saturday with Bill and his wife, and we met up with my friend Kevin and his roommate Pat- a fun crew, good snow, and an amazingly warm day for the end of February. Here are a few shots from the day:

Bill skis close to trees because it makes him look tough. You know, to offset the orange jacket:

Kevin tried to blend in with the trees, but it didn't work- I found him:

We spent a little while building a kicker so Bill could skim the top of this mushroom top pillow... he had a little too much speed going into his first attempt and aired the thing pretty big:

Missed by a few feet:

He then went up for a second try, so I decided to sit right underneath the kicker and get a different angle. I missed the final shot of him hitting the pillow perfectly, but got this shot instead:

Back to the powder:

And one last shot.... mmm, mmm good:

Nice work as usual. I understand there was a good snow last night. I am on the first flight out of RDU on Wednesday morning. Hopefully the dusting here will not ground the planes.

I wish I could, but I have to spend all day editing video for a project that's due on Thursday at noon. Plus, I'm taking Friday "off" to ski Vail with some guys from work.
