After actively doing my part to help track out the pow at SS this morn. the journey began.(The south mountain had about 4-5 inches of the blower on top of the groomers for first tracks.)Maybe there was a little help from the wind as the report only said 2 inches fell. Anyways, It was time to head off the beaten path and do some exploring...

A 15 minute hike puts me here...

Round 2

Some tight turns at the top to keep me on my toes.

Mellow cruising .. My kind of ambiance.

About 5-6 inches of fluffy goodness on top of a frozen crust so slow drawn out turns were the call to keep from hitting the bottom too hard .It was a ton of fun .Wish I had better pictures. Should be really good out here by next week after a couple more shots of snow!

Your "percentage of untracked pow pics in TR" is staggering for the SE.

As always, great job.

These pics are gorgeous.

I was at Shoe the first week in March last year and it was bluebird all five days, but none of this (maybe a VERY little stash here and there). The glades were super packed and bumpy and that was the only thing that wasn't fun for me the entire time.

This, however, looks scrumptious.

The first pic reminds me a lot of the keyhole. Great TR
