Usually when we come to Sylva for Thanksgiving we ski at Cataloochee on Friday -- some of the most crowded days I have ever experienced, so we went this morning instead and it was EMPTY, so nice and relaxed.

My nephew picked up his season pass so he is booked and ready to roll. Very easy, fun morning

Proud owner of a 2012/13 Season Pass

C'est moi

Patrol was relaxed

Dylan going HUGE

The crowds were to intense midday so we had to leave

Nice Cat, Thanks

I think the lack of Turkey (my feckless brotherinlaw is 3 hours late) has affected my grammer, I

I sure hope so. Going to be in AVL on Tues for work & could probably get out there for a night session... but alas, I believe they are back to regular early season hours next week so no night skiing... maybe back up for can-u-ski if things work out

Sweet! Nice to see the skiSE rep'd!

Surface looks like it held up well this week...outer edges haven't moved too horribly far in. Would've been nice to have shared a beer with ya..

Looks like Beginner's Luck was still open?
