The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard
The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.
We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.
We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

That is an AWESOME picture. Way to GO IAN for pulling such macdaddy tricks for people to take pictures.
Thank you much, that thing took a pretty serious amount of speed.
Ian? I didn't know you were on the messageboard. I told Mike your name for that pic, but I guess he forgot to put it up. Thanks for the pic props guys. If it wasn't for the guys at Hawksnest and the sunshine I finally got to ride in, I wouldn't have got those (I have been cursed by to much snow and clouds for a while now ). I have a ton more nice pics from the day I will post up in a thread soon.

Mark, you need to go skiing.. errr riding....every day between now and the end of the season and send every single one of your pics to Mike. EVERY pic.
$1000 on the line.
(and if you don't actually go ride, you need to stand at the base and take a bunch of pics and send in a report anyhow.)
Dave, I would go every day, but it is hard enough to get up there as much as do, living 2 hours away in the 'boro and working 10-12 hour days five days a week. Hell, who knows how much money I have spent in gas, food, lift tickets and time doing all this. I have enough passion for riding and taking pics that I would do it anyways without the contest though. We will see at the end of the season but don't keep your fingers crossed...
For the record, this was my 29th day of the season. A huge record over past years for me and the season is far from over. I have submitted detailed reports and many pics for all the local trips and still need to send some from the "Exotic" trips. I can't really compete with everyday reports because I don't live right by the slopes. This season I have been to 5 resorts in NC, 1 in WV, 1 in WY, 6 in Utah, 4 in Tahoe, and a few more to go in Montana.
