Agreed.
The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard
The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.
We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.
We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Yes it was foggy and snow blown. For the most part the snow wasn't bad, a little rough with death cookies in the middle of Upper Shawneehaw but those were most smoothed out by the snowboarders before lunch, (thanks snowboarders). Good snow from the merge on down and able to get some freshies if you cut back up a little on Southern Star.
Got to see Skizer, Bopp and Cullen as well and the Skiwrter family and lots of my Beech staff friends.
They gotta blow guys or else you would be complaining that they didn't get enough terrain open. As for the price, a season pass gets the same every day.
Blowing here on White Lightning. Also on Lower Robbins and Southern Star, none of which are ready yet but maybe soon.
Skiwryter and Skipink
Bultaco doing his snow dance
The new sticks for me, Bultaco, and Jeff, all new 4FRNTS, the Madonas, the MSPs, and the Piques. We love 'em!
We had no trouble keepinh warm
A good time is what you make it!

Yesterday was ridiculous. I can see a full price tag when you have one or 2 of the negative variables, but 100% blowing with already choppy conditions and only a portion of the runs opened, this was without a doubt a $30 day. Last week's conditions were better and priced appropriately. The mountain reeks of greed this weekend, don't know when I'll return.

I see your point. But I think you are missing the previous poster's point. Why would I support a place that is over charging for their product, even though I may not be getting hit with the over pricing? By purchasing a season ticket from a place that is practicing poor (by the previous poster's accusation, and I'm not saying I agree or disagree) business, I'm only feeding into their practice.
