Seattle TR January 21-26 (Lots of Pics)
They have sunshine, just not days and days in a row of it. More like pockets here and there. And they have some real kick-*** skiing within an hour's drive, so the trade off is more than worth it. Except for the Boeing thing, I recognize all those city pics. Cool.

I went to the Seattle-Tacoma area last summer. What a great place! The ferry ride from Bremerton to Seattle was amazing. You see the city with snow covered mountains (in August) behind it and Mt. Ranier (14,400') off in the distance and lots of water, islands, peninsulas, and inlets all around. Wow. It was about 82* and sunny one day while I was there and everyone was complaining how hot it was. The other days were usually in the 50's 60's and 70's, cloudy rainy or sunny--changing all the time. I loved it there.

sweet tr. I really hope you go to the seattle public library before you leave. One of the best buildings designed recently.
