What a fun trip. I got my right turns back!! Lapped Oz a few times which was our first time on Oz, lots of fun. Met tons of people, but I forgot almost everyone's name already. I think I creeped out Talia when I called her name and she gave me the who the hell are you look haha. We were at the picture spot at 1pm but found out later that we missed the group photo in the parking lot as well as Jam's steak. That's what we get for not going with the group. Just when I thought Bronco couldn't get any louder/funnier, he turned it up to an 11. When he dove down a snow pile like a penguin was the icing on the cake, I almost pissed myself. Fun Fun Fun is all I can say.

Did anyone get me or Kim in any shots today? We weren't with any group so I doubt it.

I took Kim to the ER this morning so hopefully she's up to go this Saturday so we can finally make some turns with the group this time.

^^Glad you got the right turns back. Yeah, just call me Happy Feet. Kim had to go to the ER? Something happen? Come hang with us on Saturday, but we do intend on hitting the frontside more this time.

Yeah, she woke me up at 3am crying about killer ear pain. ER said she had an ear infection and prescribed a bunch of meds. She's been puking ever since though, stayed home yesterday and today from work. I called the Dr. back and they said it's normal and that she'll be crappy for a few days. I hate seeing her like this.

I'm fine with lower Shawneehaw, but upper S. and Robins are probably too steep for me at this point. Oz is fine, no problems there at all except for catching air on the rollers.

Man up Superorb. We gotta get you out of this rut you are in. Challenge yourself. Thats the only way you get better. We'll help you down the runs you just gotta go for it. Just ask Bronco about the time he took me down Cupp Run at Snowshoe. It took forever to get down that first time but I'm glad he pushed me to do that. We can just keep lapping Robbins and Upper Shawneehaw. Eventually it'll get easier and easier to ya and it won't seem so steep to you anymore.

It does take some courage to try steeper runs, but you'll progress much faster once you learn how to "carve" instead of "sliding" down hill. (I'm just guessing you're just sliding right now.) Only way to learn to "carve" is to push yourself on the steeper runs and get comfortable doing a dynamic turn.

Let me know if you need help in any area.

That's pretty neat! What did you use to take the video?

I'm pretty sure I'm doing skidded turns right now. But hey, I went from no right turns to Oz, Lower S. and slowly down Upper S. I'm gonna slightly widen my stance a bit moving the front binding forward a bit. Angles felt good with my crooked foot, so I should be good to do Upper S. on Saturday.
