I had the Cajun Steamer for dinner last night. I know it's not lunch, but it's my thread and I can post whatever the hell I want. Anyways, I had Bayou Chicken, a grilled chicken breast stuffed with crab and shrimp with a side of cajun mashed potatos. It was amazing!

I'm restricted to a turkey sandwich on wheat with spicy mustard, water and an apple. Started my spring 190lbs-170lbs in 8 weeks diet yesterday... So.... this morning's official DG weigh-in -- 190lbs. I shall keep you posted on my progress.
