The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Back to the topic at hand:

Yet another turkey sandwich, with Pizza-flavored pringles and a little debbie fudge round, once again topped off by a generic coke (today was a Big K "Dr. K"). Had a couple of starburst candies after that to make sure it was really bad for me.

I brought some Harley Davidson brand beef jerkey (is there anything HD will not brand?), but I'm going to save it for tomorrow.

Just quoted the gnar and changed "not" to "a" and "the beav" to "both". Maybe I should go back and delete some of the stuff on the redhead thread too.

Prude - my aunt fanny - any discussion of the passage of body fluids during a nooner...errrr......noon lunch thread is just - oh how do I say this...

Pass the puke bucket?

Did we forget about the replacement of an O with a U ?

O.K. maybe I was a little over anxious but what the hey - I am only godlike

I didn't replace an O with an U. I think some other mod may have had a hand in this. :?

Weedeating business must really be booming out there.

You obviously haven't read about my plumbing issues smart [profanity omitted]. You were almost funny too, darn.

I did read about your plumbing issues. I would have made the landlord meet them. Unless of course the first day wore you out and you needed a good excuse to stay home.

I was being sarcastic Bama. I guess I need to work on that. :)

We didn't even go out yesterday. Ground was too saturated so we just stayed in the shop and worked on the equipment. The owner actually made me point out the choke, throttle, brake, and all kinds of stupid crap on the mowers and other equipment. Supposedly he's had people come in saying they know what they're doing and they don't even know how to start any of it.

The only good thing that's come from all of this is a job interview with the resturaunt in the aquarium downtown. Those servers never work later than 9pm and with all the tourists comming through make an average of $18 an hour. If I get that job, bye-bye weedeating duties. That's the alterior reason of staying home.

Sounds almost as easy as a management interview at McDonalds.

The weedeating job was...this job definately will not be. I got the job but not without a pretty brutal hour and a half interview. I start on Tuesday. Every server is a sommelier as well so i'm gonna have a bunch of studying to do next week.

This resturaunt is owned by the same company that owns Chart House, Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse, Tower of the Americas, Brenner's Steakhouse and many others. I'll be making at least 50% more serving there than I would doing any landscaping job.

I see a new FS bike in my near future...

A little more on-topic; I had a killer chili-cheese dog downtown after the interview...a second lunch if you will.
