Well it was supposed to be a Boone weekend but heck with that. We went to old faithful. CAT....

Ok so to the good stuff. We got there a tad later than normal first chair. (friend was working night shift at hospital) arrived. Tickets and were in the lift line at 10. Lines were almost non existing. Was amazing. It did pick up mid afternoon when a church group in a gray hound bus showed up. So we got 28 laps in today. A few beers at the bar and lots of fun. The crust was all gone by the time we hit the snow. And didnt turn to slush till late in the day. For the high temps early this week. The conditions were better than expected.

This is the LONG lift lines we had all day.. Hehehe was amazing

Nice pics dude. Next time try to make sure they are at least 616 pixels wide so I can use them as POTD! I don't want to enlarge them and make it look like crap.

Kenny, he probably has the larger version if there was a specific pic you were wanting to use...

Here are my pics from the day (not many cuz I forgot my camera and just had my phone for pics)

started out the day pretty foggy and the guns were running (I was happy to see this and did not mind them being on one bit :P)

horrible lift lines (seriously tho, we never waited more than 2 minutes in line)

lift shots

JD

yay for snowblowing :)

they were laying it down all day on rock island, alley cat, and i believe upper Omigosh as well

looking back at wolf creek hollow/lift lines at the end of the day

these guys couldn't hang (or they were hanging from last night's festivities lol)

Like JD said, the conditions were much better than expected considering the extremely warm weather lately. Wish we could have gone today instead, as they are open from the quad down, but we have christmas stuff planned today. We had a great time cuz we made the best of the conditions we had. I'm just glad to get to ride at all!

Oh, and the skinc sticker paid off again...right as we finished our last run of the day SkiSC10 (I think that's what he said) came up and said hey. It was great meeting him and his wife. Speak up on here and maybe we can make a few turns next time! :)
