Well... Me and Miss Trial went camping so here's some shots of our rig and stuff...

Looking at our site from the lake...

Here's the "Zinger" up close...

And from the back with Miss Trial... (slow pitch...)

Our "rig"... Notice the Land Rover is history!!!!! (Freakin' money pit)

Here's the shower..

And the bedroom/sink..

The fridge and jackknife sofa.... folds down into a twin bed..

Kitchen...

The "Living Room"... The dinette table folds down into a double bed....

MissTrial and Pixie...

And finally... Daddy Grace and Pixie...

I started in on the hammes shortly after taking these pics and strangely enough... I didn't get around to taking anymore pics all weekend long but we DID catch 30 shellcrackers in 2 hours (found 'em off of the points, 6-8 inches off the bottom, in about 16 feet of water) and then went to see a shag band Saturday night with some friends there at the Plum Branch Yacht Club Pavillion..... Good times and Bad hangovers.... Cheers!!!!! :D

Sweet. I <3 camping. Nice looking set up that you have there. I am looking for a 30'-ish fifth wheel to replace our 24' travel trailer. The kids love to camp.

True camping happiness can be found by using short pieces of lumber under the tires to level the unit side to side.

I'll bite on the slow pitch. More pics of MissTrial. PM if necessary.

Actually Keith... we have, and actually deploy if necessary, a set of 10 "lynx levelers" (the orange plastic 10 x 10 x 3/4 leveling blocks that you can snap together in quite an array of manners in order to achieve maximum 'levelness' (that's a new word BTW) ), however it was unecessary this time around as this camping spot was perfectly level believe it or not... I suppose the fact that we were parked on the slab from an old cabin that used to be in that spot helped a lot too huh??? :-)

The TRUEST form of camping bliss is achieved when parking on a concrete slab and having the remaining 30 x 30 patio from an old cabin overlooking the lake to step out of your mobile crash pad onto. We have a nifty set of 10 x 10 x 3/4 "Lynx Levelers" for all other necessary applications. ;) I was truly spoiled this weekend as I absolutely HATE having to deploy the aforementioned "gadgets"...

As for more pics of said wife... little MT failed to don her cute little blue and white, peace sign polka dotted bathing suit all weekend long... quite disappointing I must say....

I've been wanting a camper for a while, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. One day though, until then I will just sleep on the floor of the van.
