The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

I dig minor league baseball games. The season is winding down and Sunday night was a perfect baseball night.



The ballpark is about 5 miles from our house and it rocks. Some Durham civic pride here.





so what shirt is my kid wearing ?





Bulls were wearing some funky unis. We have pitchers. He threw a complete game, two hits.





And would-be hitters. ooooh, not even close.





my wife. she loves me, really.





the last pitch. Bulls win, Bulls win. good evening with good friends.

yeah, his rock band did some gig for a game earlier this year, the 20th anniversary of the movie, I believe. i was at state when they were filming and they did a scene at mitch's tavern. the old park has more soul, but this one is getting better.
