Finally made it out west this season .Here's a quick little TR from my first day at alpine meadows.

Here's the base at the bottom of the mountain on the side of the road(check out the random 4 ft. little kicker by the tree)

Got first chair on summit 6 this AM right behind patrol a few inches of fresh fell overnight

Very poor visibility up on the sierra crest not a very good day for pics up top.But managed to find some untracked stashes in select areas from last weeks 9 ft dump

Same lines as previous pic. starting from the ridge

Conditions are amazing in tahoe right now

Good timing! Hope it stays that way. I'll be there in a few weeks.

It was a lot of fun fairly steep at the top with a nice cornice to drop off of and just enough speed at the bottom to make it over to the lift where I took the pic. A few pillows here and there too.The biggest concearn back there is the tree wells.

Beautiful pics! I was in Tahoe two weeks ago when the first big storm blew in. Enjoy the great conditions!

Marzski, didn't you say you had a season pass to Massanutten? Bring it on your trip to tahoe.Went to Homewood today showed them my snowshoe pass and rode for $25 .Deal is valid sun +thur at HW. You can also do the same for a discount at Mt. Rose m-fri. Just a head's up to save a few bucks.

best (and only) mom n' pop hill in Tahoe...

Love it , wouldn't go anywhere else on the weekend on northshore besides alpine /homewood.Spring corn on the groomers and plenty of sun softened untouched in the 55 chute bowl area . Well worth the little hike back to sunnyside.Bluebird day too. Im gonna hold out and do a TR of the whole week instead of day by day one's

Here's a lakeview pic though looking towards heavenly
