The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Next big snow I'm gonna ski every road cut on I-64 through WV/VA. Soooo many cleared, north facing slopes.

Driving through WV in the winter is an exercise in ski trail imagination. So many hills, so many cuts. Good winter for skiing and dreaming.

Yes EC you really are a photo whore; but usually a centerfold. I like the ninja tree turn especially. I just got back from CO last night and trust me there was nothing like that as far as snow

What was your ski?

I skied LL in 40 degree temps today. The snow was decent, but holy crap- I haven't had a powder day inbounds in CO yet this year.

KneeDeep -- I was there, same day, we should have made a run

EC, whether you're in NOVA or WV I'm gonna need a trip report from you this storm. I'm out of commission and I need to ski vicariously through someone.
