The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

My TR for today is about the same as yesterday except there was more wind and they were blowing on SS and WL. It was the smaller guns and not the big fans so it was pretty easy to avoid. Otherwise everything was as perfect as yesterday. All the picture I took look about like the ones yesterday so i am too lazy to post them.

Cancelled by the mom (me) who does not want to ski in the rain, especially after skiing 2 perfect days in a row. Many tears have ensued (I think because boys were also going) but I have promised to go on the next snow day.

Seems like a good call. I'm looking at the conditions in VA for Wed and thinking . . . supposed to be 2-4 inches of new snow then clear skies by Wed morning.

Wake County having another snow day today. Have to do a make up day for this one though. No more Pres. Day skiing.
2023-24: Wolf Creek in Dec, Massanutten in Jan, Feb; GT, Big Sky; Crested Butte; Alta/Snowbird in April.
