The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

I was hoping that when Ray said it would snow hard for 3 hours this morning he would be right. He Nailed it. It snowed so hard, the skiing was amazing.

Another spectacular day!!! What are the blacks at the top like -- is a layer of soft on top of ice or is it pretty consistent?

Wow! Thanks for taking and sharing those awesome pics. I got a new camera for Christmas and am looking forward to taking some shots at SS next week. Figuring out how to post them here might be another matter though.

I wonder how the crowds are on Presidents day? I bet the all the resorts in the area are just packed. Good for them. Maybe they will take some of that extra cash and reinvest it back in the resort after such a banner year :)

very consistent, really. I felt a spot on top of Woop and another somewhere around where birch and LFM meet but nothing I would consider ice really, its more textured. The fluff on top was deep in spots and the 3, Tom, Boulder and Woop, were tons of fun.

Beautiful! I would love to have been on the mountain. Unfortunately I had to work.
