I had more trouble at Beech with the SP than I did at Sugar. We skiied deep into the trees at Sugar and never got hassled. There's a pretty fun little line to the right of Northridge directly after the big rock jump that was pretty fun.

beech patrol told me not to ride that lift line but they didn't seem mad more like a scolding mother who knew i was just going to do it again anyways.

i've never even been talked to at sugar by ski patrol, this Friday i was in the woods right of tom, right of slalom, and from the terrain park-> easy street and didn't ever even see one.

Jamsandwich and sirtalkmuch-- concerning the trees ; I was told that on friday sugar was making it a policy not to worry about the trees, and that did seem to be the case

Skipanther -- there is no sneaking onto that lift run its pretty much right out there in front of God, Patrol and everyone

Not only are you under one lift, but with two lifts that is twice the probability of ski patrol. I don't know how you pulled that one off, but props to ya.

it wasn't an issue of ski patrol --we hit that run at 4 o'clock, going home anyway

I will say again though that the guy I was with nailed it and I went down halfway --ditched it heading into that tree trunk/mechanical structuere 2/3 of the way; no loss of skis and I was over and up right away

That line is beside and slightly steeper then whoopdedoo and as I hit it the powder did not slow me down as I'd expecrted -- awesome run but you drop in fast and suddenly ski patrol is the least of your concerns
