it sounds like your group would love Alta. If you're skiing for 5 or 6 days you should be fine in LCC, there's plenty of resort terrain with Alta and Bird combined to keep you busy. I'd be glad to show you guys around as well. I skied a lot of bc last winter, but I skied twice as many days inbounds at alta as I did in the bc, and I never got bored. Tahoe is cool, but theres nothing you can get there that you can't get in UT, except maybe some week long high pressure in January with temps in the mid 50's. If you really want to diversify than you can stay in the valley and commute to a number of great mtns in less than 45 mins or so.

Totally wicked! It's so hard to believe that It's gonna be in the 90's here today. I f'in hate Summer. Some beautiful pics though! Would be awesome to be out that way. :>)
17-18 Just a wk at Breck. "Got Oxegen?" Is real!
I've never seen such amazing shots than some of those from Alta and Bird. I think i'll do a little group persuading for those two mountains... with this thread and others as evidence.
2014-2015 Days On: Like a billion already.

I'm going back to Alta, But not to the Snowpine. The managers I worked for last year aren't going back after 6 years there, and there is a high probability of lame managers next season. GMD or A Lodge for this guy next season

It's almost here! Highboi observations 2.0 will be back in full force in a few months. I just got a job at the Alta Lodge!
