The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

pics will only get better. My avvy gear is getting here soon and some tours are definitely in order. I would've had some action shots from today but I couldn't wait for the photo group I was with at the bottom of the lift. I thought about getting a goPro, but theres so many povs out now its kind of montonous. And I'm not such a good skier that I feel like I need to post vids online haha. There are so many skiers out here that truly rip, if you ever start feeling ****y about your skills just spend a week or two at Alta and Snowbird.

I was wanting to go to CO until I saw this thread. I'll be headed back to BCC and LCC ASAP.

Some food for thought, those little twigs sticking through the snow on center right are probably 7 or so feet tall. Sick, sick, sick.

I'm taking a day off today. I bruised my knee yesterday and it's pretty stiff. I've skied the last 13 days in a row, so I'm well contented. It's still dumping except this time its some good old 16% sierra fluff. The deck is almost buried again...oh joy more shoveling the heavy as crap snow.
