The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

Kept an eye on the weather and opted to go to CAT on Sunday instead of Saturday. Drive up was a bit dicey with mixed conditions from the SC/NC state line with a little bit of snow, rain and sleet. A nice blanket of 3-4" inches near Hendersonville and Asheville made me excited to get up to CAT.



Not a bunch of pics, but here they are. Good to meet up with SKISC with future ripper kids in tow. Waynecash was enjoying the conditions too, not sure about any tips though.

Dang wish I had been up there this weekend again. Nextweek the kids are out of school so we will probably hit beech or maybee Sugar

Were any of you guys Tele-ing? I probably saw a couple of you CFers. I was wearing red pants/black jacket/ white helmet on Bluehouse Antics.

^I think I remember those BH antics and the white helmet. I was wearing red, brown and orange pants and orange jacket. Camaro SS 69 skis. SKISC - Blue pants orange jacket Soli Foils.

ahh yes.. Definitely remember seeing those Camaro 69s and asking myself DubyaTF those things were.

I was gonna ask how the other trails are coming, but looked at their site and Tammy said they hope to 100% Open by middle of the week. Hope it is by Wed as I was thinking of running up there for the day sesh.
