The day after I got back from South Carolina (see my other TR posted yesterday), I decided to head to the mountains and get my skiing fix in. The snow up high is pretty baked and consolidated right now, except for the north-facing stuff, which we were able to find. Here are a few pictures from the day:
The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard
The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.
We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

I haven't been on the pass in about two weeks it's looking good and those are some nice pics for sure. How was the snowpack? Is that out of 1st or 2nd creek?

Snowpack seemed a little sketchy to me- very sugary and not consolidated at all on the N-facing aspects, although it was quite deep. On everything else I saw (E and SE), it was baked and I didn't get a chance to see what was underneath.
